Bridging Community with Healthcare

Mental Health
Mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being, influencing how we think, feel, and act. It shapes how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Just like physical health, mental health is something we need to care for regularly—it's not just about overcoming illness, but also about striving for a balanced, fulfilling life.

At Bridging Community with Healthcare, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and it's okay to seek help when needed. We are here to provide the resources, tools, and support you need to navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and foster emotional well-being.

GeneSight Psychotropic

A pharmacogenomic test analyzes how your genes may affect your response to medications. The GeneSight test examines clinically significant genetic variations in your DNA. The results provide your healthcare provider with valuable information on how you may metabolize or respond to medications commonly prescribed to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other psychiatric disorders.

The GeneSight test must be ordered by your healthcare provider or nurse practitioner. The test is a simple cheek swab taken in your healthcare provider's office or can be sent by your healthcare provider to be taken in the convenience of your home.

If you're struggling, know that you're not alone. Mental health challenges affect people from all walks of life, and seeking help is a courageous and important first step. We're here to support you every step of the way.
